Elevate your holiday drinks with homemade cinnamon dolce syrup for a luxurious touch!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine water, brown sugar, and white sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolves, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in cinnamon until well mixed. Keep whisking until the mixture reaches a syrup-like consistency just before boiling, for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Allow the syrup to chill completely for a minimum of 1 hour. Transfer it to a glass container, seal, and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
