Easy and delicious cinnamon buttery brown sugar dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into chunks
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, cream together white sugar and butter, then mix in flour and baking powder. Gradually incorporate milk into the flour mixture until just moistened. Spread batter into a 9x13-inch baking dish, then evenly pour over melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden and set.
