Transform pumpkin seeds with a buttery cinnamon-ginger blend for irresistible Halloween treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 275 degrees F (135 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar together. Add cinnamon, ginger, and salt, and mix until well combined. Stir in pumpkin seeds until they are evenly coated with the mixture. Spread the seeds in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the already heated oven for 15 minutes; inspect seeds, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Combine the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of butter in a bowl, then mix them with the pumpkin seeds.
  • Bake seeds until golden and aromatic, for an additional 10 minutes.
