Grilled chicken infused with bacon and two bold barbecue sauces - tangy and creamy with a kick. Succulent and flavorful.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices packaged precooked bacon
  • 2 teaspoons barbecue seasoning
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill. Combine white barbecue sauce ingredients in a small bowl; chill until serving.
  • Wrap each succulent chicken breast with two savory slices of smoky bacon, ensuring the bacon stretches to envelop the entire breast. Secure the bacon ends to the chicken using toothpicks, then generously sprinkle both sides with flavorful barbecue seasoning.
  • Grill the chicken over medium heat with the lid on for 5 minutes. Brush with 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce. Continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until the chicken's juices run clear when cut in the thickest part (at least 170°F). Flip the chicken, brush with the rest of the barbecue sauce, then serve topped with white barbecue sauce.
