Irresistibly rich and fluffy mousse that will charm your taste buds.
Ingredients:
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100g milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream, whipped
  • 125.00 ml dry-roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 8.80 gm vanilla extract
  • Chopped dry-roasted hazelnuts, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine dark and milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, pausing to stir halfway through, until melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • Combine egg yolks gently to incorporate. Add cream, hazelnuts, and vanilla, stir well. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Gently fold egg whites in 2 batches into the chocolate mixture.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among 4 glasses. Cover and chill for 3 hours until firm. Enjoy by sprinkling with hazelnuts before serving.
