Elevate your pancake game with this incredible batter recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 386.25 gm milk
  • 300.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 0.63 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 95.00 gm white chocolate bits
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, egg, and vanilla in a jug, whisking until smooth. In a separate bowl, sift flour and bicarbonate of soda together, then stir in sugar. Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk mixture. Gently whisk until just combined, then fold in cocoa and chocolate.
  • Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles form. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes until done. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed between batches. Serve hot.
