Irresistible double chocolate chip cookies you won't want to share.
Ingredients:
  • 125g butter, softened
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 110g brown sugar
  • 1 Free Range Egg
  • 150g plain flour
  • 75g self-raising flour
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 100g dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C while lining 2 baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar until pale and creamy.
  • Beat the egg until well combined, then mix in the flour and cocoa powder. Stir to combine before adding the white chocolate and dark chocolate. Stir to combine everything together.
  • Shape mixture into tablespoon-sized balls and place on lined trays, leaving space for them to spread. Bake for 12-15 minutes, swapping trays halfway through, until golden brown. Let cool on trays.
