Indulgent chocolate biscotti with sweet white chocolate and a perfect crunch, perfect for pairing with your favorite coffee.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666698455811 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 (1 ounce) squares white chocolate, chopped
  • 0.75 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Slowly mix in cocoa and baking powder, beating for 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, then fold in flour by hand. Incorporate white chocolate and chocolate chips. Cover the dough and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease a cookie sheet. Divide the dough into two parts and shape each into a 9-inch long log. Space the logs 4 inches apart on the greased sheet and gently flatten.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C), then slice each loaf diagonally into 1/2-inch wide pieces and arrange on a baking sheet without grease.
  • Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 9 minutes, flip them over, and bake for an additional 7 to 9 minutes. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
