Indulgent double chocolate chip cookies loaded with rich cocoa powder and decadent chocolate chips for an extra chocolaty treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.33300000429153 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Collect all your ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your cookie sheets.
  • Combine margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar in a medium bowl and cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
  • Combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder, ensuring they are well mixed. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out tablespoonfuls of cookie dough, roll into balls, and arrange them 1 inch apart on the baking sheets.
  • Place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
