Irresistible chocolate chip cookies made with a 1-inch scoop for perfect size and flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped dry roasted macadamia nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Slowly incorporate sifted ingredients. Fold in white chocolate, semisweet chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts. Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
