Elevate your cookie game with decadent double chocolate chip oatmeal cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 cups quick-cooking rolled oats, ground in food processor
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Reynolds® Parchment Paper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare your cookie sheets by lining them with Reynolds® Parchment Paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together flour, ground oats, and baking soda. Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer for 45 to 60 seconds. Add sugar and brown sugar, beat until combined. Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually fold in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and white chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
  • Scoop out dough using rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets, ensuring they are 2 inches apart. Aim for about 15 cookies per baking sheet.
  • Bake in the center of the oven for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
