Ingredients:

120g caster sugar
20 lychees, peeled, seeded
4 mandarins, roughly chopped with skin on, seeded
125ml (1/2 cup) freshly squeezed lemon juice, chilled
360ml vodka, chilled
Crushed ice, to serve

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine sugar with 125ml (1/2 cup) boiling water, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add lychees and mandarins and let it cool. Gently crush the fruit with a muddling stick or wooden spoon, mix in lemon juice, and divide the mixture among 6 tall glasses.
Divide 60ml vodka evenly between the glasses, gently stir, top with crushed ice, and serve.
