Double-choc raisin bread and butter pudding

Elevate a classic favorite with this indulgent double-chocolate raisin bread pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices mighty soft raisin bread, crusts removed
  • 50g butter, at room temperature
  • 47.50 gm choc bits white
  • 47.50 gm choc bits dark
  • 4 eggs
  • 300ml Brand thickened cream
  • 6 scoops Brand classic vanilla ice cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced) and place a round 20cm pie dish on a tray.
  • Spread butter on the bread slices and place them overlapping in the dish. Sprinkle with the mixture of chocolate bits.
  • In a jug, mix the eggs and cream. Evenly pour the egg mixture over the bread. Bake for 30-35 mins until golden and set. Serve hot with a scoop of ice-cream.
