Indulge in turtle candy magic by topping cookie dough with cashews and caramel!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (18 oz) refrigerated chocolate chunk cookie dough
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew halves and pieces
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup M&M's® minis chocolate candies (from 12-oz bag)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Slice cookie dough into 1/2-inch slices, then place and flatten them in the pan to create a crust. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is a light golden brown.
  • Cover warm crust with a delightful mixture of white M&M's™ minis chocolate candies and cashews. In a small bowl, combine caramel topping and flour until velvety; generously drizzle over baking chips and cashews. Finish by sprinkling milk chocolate baking bits on top and gently press down.
  • Bake until the topping is bubbly, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours before slicing into 6 rows by 6 rows for bars.
