Elevate Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ milk chocolate cake mix with zucchini and chocolate chips for a decadent double-chocolate zucchini bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Milk Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat two (8x4-inch) loaf pans with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, zucchini, vanilla, cinnamon, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Use an electric mixer or mix with a spoon until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips and divide batter evenly between pans.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until the center of the loaf springs back when touched. Gently loosen the sides of the pans with a knife, then cool completely for about 2 hours. Transfer the loaves to a cutting board, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and slice each loaf into 8 pieces.
