Vietnamese drink featuring dragon fruit, tangerine, and basil for a refreshing twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
  • Slice two 1/4 inch thick pieces of peeled dragon fruit for garnish; set aside. Blend the remaining dragon fruit, tangerine segments, lime juice, basil, brown sugar, and sparkling water until smooth. Mix in crushed ice, then pour into glasses. Serve with the reserved dragon fruit slices as garnish.
