Invigorating cocktail to kick off any party.
Ingredients:
  • 70g (1/3 cup) caster sugar
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) water
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) Drambuie
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat sugar and water until sugar dissolves and the liquid thickens, about 4 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before using.
  • Combine sugar syrup, Drambuie, lemon juice, egg white, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until perfectly mixed. Strain into glasses and enjoy.
