Refreshing and simple to prepare, sorbet is the ideal summer indulgence!
Ingredients:
  • 150g dried apricot
  • 110g caster sugar
  • 500.00 gm boiling water
Instructions:
  • Combine the apricots, sugar, and boiling water in a bowl. Let them steep for 30 minutes. Blend the mixture until smooth. Process in an ice cream maker per the manual. Alternatively, spread the mixture in a dish and freeze until slightly solid. Whisk with electric beaters, then freeze again. Repeat a few times before freezing until completely firm.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes, then top with chopped apricots, if desired.
