Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried basil
  • 0.75 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
Instructions:
  • Combine paprika, thyme, basil, cumin, and curry powder in a small bowl. Sprinkle a light coating onto lamb or beef, pat into the meat surface. For max flavor, season meat, place in a plastic bag, and refrigerate for 2 hours before cooking.
