Indulgent homemade candies rivaling gourmet truffles. Perfect for everyday enjoyment or heartfelt gifts, simplified with EAGLE BRAND.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Finely chopped toasted nuts, flaked coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, unsweetened cocoa, powdered sugar or colored sugars
Instructions:
  • Combine rich chocolate chips and creamy sweetened condensed milk in a large saucepan, melting them together over gentle heat. Once smooth, take off the heat and gently mix in fragrant vanilla extract.
  • Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized bowl. Cover it and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, allowing it to set and firm up.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, then coat them in your preferred topping or garnish with frosting and candies. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the balls are set.
