Indulge in smooth, creamy pumpkin custards bursting with holiday flavor - satisfying all your pumpkin cravings in each decadent bite.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.3333333730698 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream, or to taste
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until smooth. Gently fold in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice until well combined. Mix in condensed milk, milk, vanilla, and salt until fully incorporated. Divide the mixture equally into six 6-ounce custard cups.
  • Place custard cups in a 9x13-inch baking dish and position on the center rack of the preheated oven. Carefully pour boiling water into the pan surrounding the custard cups, making sure the water reaches a depth of 1 1/4 inches.
  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes, until the centers are nearly set.
  • Lift the custard cups out of the baking dish and place them on a wire rack to cool. Enjoy either warm or cold.
  • Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of fragrant cinnamon right before enjoying.
