Indulgent peanut butter fudge with creamy condensed milk, white chocolate, and crunchy nuts - a beloved sweet treat for the whole family to enjoy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 (6 ounce) packages white chocolate squares or white baking bars, chopped
  • 0.75 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, warm up sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter together, stirring constantly until it just starts to bubble.
  • Take the mixture off the heat. Blend in the white chocolate until it's smooth. Quickly stir in the peanuts and vanilla.
  • Evenly spread the mixture into a wax paper-lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. Allow it to cool.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Remove the fudge from the pan onto a cutting board, gently peel off the paper, and cut it into squares. Keep any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
