Ingredients:
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 0.75 pound mushrooms, diced
  • 0.5 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.5 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour, or more as needed
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine broth, mushrooms, green onions, butter, and flour. Bring to a boil, then stir constantly until thickened and golden brown, about 5 to 10 minutes.
