Kids-friendly Easter chocolate bark for a fun treat!
Ingredients:
  • 290g pkt white chocolate melts, melted
  • 6 Malteser Mini Bunny chocolates*
  • 6 mini Gold Bunny chocolates*
  • 50g Mini Easter Eggs*
  • Coles Rainbow Confetti, to sprinkle
  • Coles Mini Choc Drops, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • Prepare a large baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the lined tray and smooth it out to create a sleek surface.
  • Place the bunny chocolates on top of the white chocolate, then sprinkle with chocolate eggs, confetti, and chocolate drops. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm, then break into pieces.
