Easter bunny-approved white chocolate bark with cookies, bunny cereal, and egg candies.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 (8.8 ounce) package speculoos cookies (such as Lotus Biscoff®)
  • 2 (10 ounce) bags white chocolate melting wafers (such as Ghirardelli®)
  • 1 (10 ounce) box oat, corn, and rice cereal (such as Annie's Homegrown® Friends Bunnies)
  • 1 (9 ounce) package jelly bird eggs (such as Brach's® Speckled)
  • 1 (9 ounce) bag milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped
  • 1 (9 ounce) box chocolate wafer cookies (such as Nabisco®), crumbled
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mini jelly bird eggs (such as Brach's® Mixed Up Minis)
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 11x7-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper, ensuring that the paper is long enough to easily remove the bark from the pan once it has set.
  • Arrange the speculoos cookies snugly in the prepared baking pan, ensuring they are tightly packed together.
  • Follow the package instructions to melt the white chocolate. Drizzle it over the cookies and use an off-set spatula to create a smooth top.
  • Top the melted white chocolate with cereal, jelly bird eggs, chocolate kisses, chocolate wafer cookies, and mini jelly bird eggs. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes until set.
  • Gently remove the bark from the pan by pulling on the parchment paper, then break it into pieces.
