Easter eggs with coconut ganache

Chocolate Easter eggs - perfect gifts for loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
  • 1/4 tsp coconut essence
  • 200g milk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine white chocolate and cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until smooth (30 seconds to 1 minute). Stir in coconut and let it cool.
  • Place milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir with a metal spoon every 30 seconds until smooth. Allow to cool slightly before using.
  • Drizzle 1 teaspoon of milk chocolate into each mould, using a spoon to coat the sides and create a shell. Add more chocolate as needed. Freeze for 5 minutes until firm.
  • Fill each chocolate shell with the white chocolate mixture, then chill in the freezer for 5 minutes until firm. Spread the remaining milk chocolate over the tops to seal the filling, then return to the freezer for 10 minutes until firm.
  • Gently transfer the eggs onto a serving plate and enjoy.
