Enlist helpers for a rich, fudgy chocolate slice packed with tasty crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 100g butter, chopped
  • 150g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 200g pkt Arnott’s Tiny Teddy biscuits
  • 100g mini chocolate chip biscuits
  • 250.00 ml coarsely chopped marshmallows
  • 50g small Oreo Easter Eggs
  • 62.50 ml M&M’s Speckled Eggs
  • 100’s & 1000’s, to decorate
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slice pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt together condensed milk, butter, chocolate, and cocoa powder until smooth, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly for 5 minutes before using.
  • Set aside 12 Tiny Teddy and 5 chocolate chip biscuits. Then, finely chop the remaining biscuits and mix them in a bowl with the marshmallows.
  • Drizzle the luscious chocolate mixture over the crumbly biscuit mixture and delicately fold together with a shiny metal spoon until just blended. Transfer into the pan and evenly flatten the top. Decorate with the saved biscuits, colorful Easter eggs, and a sprinkle of 100’s & 1000’s for added charm. Seal with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set. Cut into delectable pieces to serve.
