Irresistible chocolate slice for extreme chocolate lovers.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 400g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
  • 150g marshmallows
  • 150g Scotch Finger biscuits, broken into large chunks
  • 150g Violet Crumble, chopped
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 26cm x 16cm baking pan by lining it with non-stick baking paper, allowing 2 sides to extend. Melt thickened cream and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  • Gently lift the bowl and fold in marshmallows, Scotch Finger biscuits, and Violet Crumble until fully mixed.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and refrigerate for 4-5 hours until firm. Cut into squares before serving.
