Celebrate Easter with a savory-sweet ham coated in tangy mustard, brown sugar, and crowned with juicy pineapple rings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, or as needed
  • 1 (7 pound) boneless ham
  • 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple rings in juice, drained and juice reserved
  • 1 cup honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Combine brown sugar and mustard until a smooth, pourable sauce forms. Score ham by creating 1/2-inch-deep diagonal cuts in a diamond pattern.
  • In a roasting pan, place the ham. Drizzle the honey, reserved pineapple juice, and brown sugar mixture over the top. Decoratively arrange the pineapple rings on the ham and secure them with wooden toothpicks.
  • Roast in the hot oven, brushing with pan juices every 15 minutes, until the diamond pattern on ham cracks open, for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
