Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 pound) fully-cooked spiral cut ham
  • 1 pound light brown sugar
  • 3 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions:
  • Prepare the ham by removing any visible fat and placing it cut side down in a roasting pan. Pour enough milk into the pan to reach a 1/4-inch depth. Using your hands, coat the ham generously with brown sugar, then top it evenly with crushed pineapple. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Once the oven is preheated, transfer the foil-covered ham into the oven. Roast for 30 minutes. Uncover, baste with pan juices, and roast for another 30 minutes or until heated through.
