Chef John's honey-infused BBQ sauce elevates pulled pork to a whole new level.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or other sweetener to taste
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 0.75 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 cup white distilled vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine honey, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, apple cider vinegar, and white distilled vinegar in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Allow the sauce to rest overnight to enhance the flavors.
