Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons white wine
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) while lining a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coating it with cooking spray.
  • After giving the flounder fillets a quick rinse, gently dry them before laying them out on a baking sheet. Next, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Combine melted butter and white wine in a bowl, then drizzle generously over the fillets. Top each fillet with breadcrumbs and a dash of paprika for added flavor.
  • Cook the flounder in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, which should take around 25 to 30 minutes.
