Effortlessly bake salmon in foil for a fuss-free dining experience, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 pound boneless salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lay the salmon fillet skin-side down on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  • Place the salmon on a foil sheet and generously drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with lemon pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Fold the foil over the fillet to create a tent, then roll the edges to seal the salmon. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until it easily flakes with a fork, approximately 15 minutes.
