Ingredients:
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream
  • 180.00 gm brown sugar, extra
  • 100g butter, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with cream and sugar, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer gently for 2 minutes before transferring it to a bowl.
