"Air fryer Creme Egg croissant rolls made with just 3 ingredients for a quick and fun Easter treat. Wrap Creme Eggs in puff pastry, air fry till crispy. Upgrade with caramel eggs or homemade puff pastry if desired. Indulge in a tasty dessert with minimal effort!"
Ingredients:
  • 8 x 40g Creme Eggs
  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, just thawed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions:
  • Diagonally cut each pastry sheet into quarters. Nestle a Creme Egg in the center of each pastry triangle, then wrap the pastry snugly around the egg, ensuring a seamless seal.
  • Prepare the airfryer basket by lining it with a sheet of baking paper. Arrange half of the rolls inside, ensuring they are spaced apart. Brush them with beaten egg. Airfry at 190C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer the rolls to a wire rack using tongs to cool slightly. Repeat the same process with the remaining rolls and egg. Serve warm.
