Air fryer sweet potato chips recipe

Crispy, tender sweet potato chips achieved effortlessly with the air fryer.
Ingredients:
  • 500g sweet potato, peeled, cut into wedges
  • 70g (1/4 cup) crème fraîche
  • 20.60 gm milk
  • 23.40 gm horseradish
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh tarragon, plus extra sprigs, to sprinkle
  • 1 small green shallot, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Put the sweet potato in the air fryer basket, heat to 180°C, then spray with oil and sprinkle salt. Air fry for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy. Keep warm before serving.
  • In a bowl, mix crème fraîche, milk, horseradish, tarragon, and shallot. Season to taste and serve with sweet potato chips.
