Sweet potato chips air fryer recipe

Crispy air fryer sweet potato fries ready in just 15 minutes, served with creamy garlic yogurt sauce for dipping. Delicious and easy to make!
Ingredients:
  • 800g small sweet potatoes
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 130g (1/2 cup) plain yoghurt
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh mint
  • 2.50 gm smoked paprika (optional)
  • Sea salt flakes, to season
Instructions:
  • Prepare the sweet potatoes by scrubbing them clean and cutting them into 1cm-thick chips. Drizzle with oil and ensure they are in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden, shaking the basket occasionally for even cooking.
  • In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic, and mint.
  • Place the chips on a plate and sprinkle with paprika and salt to taste. Serve with yoghurt sauce on the side.
