3-ingredient ice cream crème brûlée: a decadent, velvety treat to dazzle guests.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Frozen desserts, ice cream, vanilla
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons Sugars, granulated
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (162 degrees C) and set aside two small ovenproof ramekins in a baking dish with high sides.
  • Microwave the ice cream in a bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until melted. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before proceeding.
  • Gently blend each egg yolk into the creamy melted ice cream until velvety and fully mixed. Divide the mixture evenly into the two ramekins placed in the baking dish. Pour hot water slowly into the dish until it reaches halfway up each ramekin.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Let it cool, wrap with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
  • Before serving, allow the ramekins to reach room temperature for 30 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar evenly over each crème brûlée. Caramelize the sugar with a kitchen blow torch until golden and bubbly.
