Whip up a deliciously simple 3-ingredient Biscoff and custard pancake cake for a quick and satisfying sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 375g btl pancake shake mix
  • 160g (1/2 cup) smooth Biscoff spread
  • 125ml (½ cup) bought vanilla custard
  • Cream or ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 190C (170C fan forced) and generously grease a 2.5cm-deep 18 x 26cm slice tray.
  • Follow the instructions on the pancake shake packet and pour the mixture into the pan.
  • In a microwave-safe dish, warm the Biscoff spread for 30 seconds on High. Stir well. Spoon the warm Biscoff spread over the cake mix and top with spoonfuls of custard. Gently swirl together.
  • Bake until firm and golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
  • Top with a dollop of cream or a scoop of ice cream before serving.
