"Simple and delicious cookie butter cookies with Biscoff spread for a rich ginger and cinnamon taste."
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup cookie butter
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to blend together the butter, brown sugar, and 3/4 cup white sugar until smooth. Add cookie butter and peanut butter, then beat until fluffy. Stir in the flour, egg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms. Shape the dough into teaspoon-size balls.
  • Sprinkle 1/3 cup of sugar on a shallow dish. Roll dough balls in the sugar until coated, then place them on the baking sheet. Gently press the top of each dough ball twice with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.
