Ingredients:
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Combine apple cider, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and nutmeg in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts snugly in a large casserole dish, then generously pour the flavorful apple juice mixture over them. Seal in the delicious flavors by covering the dish with foil.
