Quick and delicious artichoke pasta for a cozy dinner in under 30 minutes using canned artichoke hearts and pantry staples.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ounces small uncooked seashell pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig fresh basil, chopped
Instructions:
  • Bring a pot of well-salted water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • As the pasta cooks, melt butter with oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add artichoke hearts, garlic, and basil, and cook until heated through, around 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • After draining the pasta, combine it with the flavorful artichoke mixture in the skillet and toss well to coat.
