Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix with grated chocolate and sliced bananas. Spoon into pie shell. Top with whipped cream and nuts. Delicious pie!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, grated
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
Instructions:
  • Cream together butter or margarine and confectioner's sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating for 3 minutes after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
  • Slice 2 ripe bananas and gently sprinkle them with freshly squeezed lemon juice for a touch of brightness. Fold in grated chocolate along with the bananas into the sugar mixture. Transfer the filling into the pre-cooled pie shell. Finally, top off the pie with a beautiful garnish of walnuts, more banana slices, and a generous dollop of whipped cream.
