Try these delicious whole wheat blueberry blender pancakes for a quick and easy weekend breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 cup blueberries, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Blend flour, milk, eggs, butter, and baking powder in a blender until smooth for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle and sprinkle with blueberries. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles appear, edges are dry, and then flip. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until browned. Repeat with remaining batter.
