Quick and easy blueberry muffins with simple ingredients, ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease the bottoms only.
  • Mix all ingredients together until just moist, being careful not to overmix. Gently fold in blueberries. Portion the batter evenly into cupcake liners.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown, for 13 to 18 minutes.
