Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 lemon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and grease a baking sheet.
  • Lay the salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Combine olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, smoked paprika, paprika, and chile powder in a bowl. Coat the salmon fillets with the mixture and finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Cook the fish in the oven until it easily flakes with a fork, about 13 to 15 minutes.
