Whip up a personalized breakfast tortilla pizza in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tablespoon  butter, softened
  • 1 (10-inch)  tortilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup total assorted toppings such as cheese, hot sauce, cooked meat or veggies
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Prepare the cake pan by generously greasing it with butter. Press the tortilla into the pan, ensuring it covers the bottom and sides nicely. Crack the eggs one by one onto the tortilla. Season with salt and pepper, then evenly distribute your favorite toppings on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or until egg whites are set and tortilla is lightly browned and toasted around the edges and bottom.
