Ingredients:
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 pounds hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the cheese is melted and the liquid is heated through, about 5 minutes.
  • Layer the hash brown potatoes evenly in a casserole dish and generously pour the flavorful soup mixture on top.
  • Allow to bake in the preheated oven until the edges turn golden brown, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  • Top the dish generously with flavorful cheddar cheese and allow it to melt deliciously as the dish gently cools for approximately 10 minutes prior to serving.
