Indulge in a decadent chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta bursting with creamy flavors, tender chicken, and fresh basil.
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti, uncooked
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.6666667461395 cups milk
  • 4 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 0.25 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the final 2 minutes. Drain the pasta mixture.
  • Heat up the dressing in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until it's no longer pink in the center, stirring occasionally, for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Combine milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and basil in the saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously. Simmer until the sauce is smooth and heated through, approximately 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Combine the seasoned chicken with the pasta; gently toss together.
