Delicious grilled tilapia fish tacos with zesty lime and chili seasoning.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice, divided
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 16 (5 inch) corn tortillas
  • 2 cups tomatillo salsa
  • 1 avocado
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Drizzle tilapia fillets with zesty lime juice and generously season with salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Coat both sides of each fillet with a luscious layer of olive oil.
  • Grill tilapia on a preheated grill until easily flaked with a fork, approximately 5 minutes per side.
  • Warm tortillas on a skillet over medium-high heat briefly, turning once until soft. Fill with flaked tilapia. Top with tomatillo salsa, avocado, and sour cream. Garnish with cilantro and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
